But now Wordpress is firmly establishing itself as a strong and flexible content management system (CMS). Using Wordpress to set up a non-blog site has become increasingly common as it saves time and money for the developer and thus the client. With an easy-to-use interface a Wordpress site works well for people who don’t particularly want a blog but aren’t comfortable using FTP clients and HTML editors. Once the site has been set up and customized, the client can update their own site without hiring a webmaster to do it for them.
